2	Instructions In the Roadmap file As you move your mouse some items will change color. Click to go to that item. From the Overview click to go to the different types of coatings Clicking on any coating bar will open the appropriate project detail file Clicking an item that does not change color will take you to the next overhead The symbol will take you back to the previous viewgraph you looked at The symbol will bring up the Ranking Matrix spreadsheet. Make whatever changes you need, save, close. (Note: If you hit this button with the spreadsheet already open, the system will hang.) The symbol returns you to the Table of Contents slide. In the project detail files Clicking on the arrows or boxes in the Schedule slide will take you to the relevant section The symbol will take you back to the Schedule section Hitting the ESC key will close the project detail and return you to the Roadmap Hyperlinks will take you to detailed reports on the www.materialoptions.com web site. E-mail hyperlinks will launch your e-mail program to send a message to that person.
